Olivia is FOUR

Olivia turned four on the 29th of February. So yes, even though she is four, this was her 1st birthday!
Olivia is still our crazy girl. She beats to her own drum. She is currently a mama's girl! She loves to cuddle and be close to me. I love that she ask to "nuggle" on the sofa with me at night. She tries to find a way to our bed at night or early in the morning. And for some reason if she does end up in our bed she tends to sleep really late. She has a great sense of humor and loves to make people smile. She will do a little dance or shake her booty just to get a reaction out of you. She enjoys going to school but does not come home telling me very much. The main things I hear when she gets in the car is the low down of the food in her lunchbox and if they played on the playground. She still is shy around others. We have been working really hard at her just responding with one word answers with other adults. Olivia loves her sisters. She looks up to Grace and will ask me several times a day about when the bus will get her home. They have their sisterly moments and Olivia certainly knows how to push Grace's buttons but the love each other more then those moments. She is very much a care giver for Harper and often will make Harp cry just because she might be a little over bearing. She doesn't like her to cry and will talk very sweetly to her, rub her belly or find her a paci or sipy cup. Olivia sets her own mood and you never quit know what it's going to be. One day you can ask her if she will clean her room and she will lay on the floor screaming she is too tired and she just can't do it. Another day, you can ask her the same question and she will make her room prefect. She loves to help me in the kitchen. Any time I bake she has a chair pulled up to the counter begging to help any way she can. She is an ok eater. She mainly grazes all day...yogurt, cheese sticks, apples, goldfish...if she is bored, she ask to eat. Her favorite food is pizza. She eats very little veggies but will ask to eat salad and dip (salad dressing). She is doing a great job writing her name...my favorite part are the big dots for the "i". She has become very interested in writing and will ask how to spell names of the family. She knows all colors and shapes and most letters and numbers to 10. She colors great inside of the lines.
At her four year check up she weighed in at 36.6 pounds and was 41 inches tall. It puts her in the 75 % for both height and weight. She also received four shots. SO proud of her. No tears!!! She was very brave and knew they were coming. By the fourth shot she was holding her lip with her teeth trying to stay strong. Love this girl!
Some things Olivia does that makes her our "crazy girl":
Calls her freckles...sprinkles.
Woke up in the middle of the night crying, she told me "when I choke myself it hurts"
If she accidentally puts her shoes on the wrong feet and you correct her she will say "that's ok, they feel good".
