Spring Break 2011

This year I really enjoyed my spring break with the girls. It was a fun filled packed week until Thursday...when Olivia got a 103 temperature...another double ear infection. :( Pictures below show our fun week!

Saturday was started with Grace's soccer game. No pictures but I will brag about her scoring 10 goals!!! Then we went to a Loganville High School baseball game. The girls did pretty good even though it is a slower paced game then soccer.

During the weekend we also enjoyed the wonderful weather by playing outdoors in our backyard. The girls love the trampoline and Grace is getting to become a little dare devil.

Hanging out after church

Helping daddy build and plant our first little garden...strawberries, lemons, and blueberries.

The two happiest babies.

Grace was very brave this year and feed just about everything.
And yes that is a cow eating a carrot.
Olivia carried the food around and tried to eat some herself.
The babies have their mid-morning snack.

This is the only thing Olivia feed...a duck, by throwing crackers at it.

The best way to end the morning...Mexican for lunch!

Bowling with friends from our small group

Harper loves the sounds in the bowling alley.

Stone Mountain Park
We had the pleasure of spending one day with Aunt Heather.
We all just love her. We had so much .

This is right before she feel in the water. I wet and cold Olivia ended our day.

CrAzY Olivia

Olivia is such a nut! She is always trying to make us laugh. Almost once a day she comes out of her bedroom, quiet as can be and taps on my arm. When I turn around I always find her sporting something funny! You will notice this on the first two pictures. She also knows that bottom and boobies are funny words and will try to use them to make one laugh. For instance, we always says "I love you to the moon and back". Olivia has changed the words and says, "I love you to the boobies come back". As much as I try not to laugh, I just can't help it. Another funny she did recently is saying the blessing. She has learned "Thank you for the World so Sweet" at school. One night she told us all to close our eyes so she could pray, she then proceeded to say, "Five little monkeys jumping on the bed....". Chad and I looked up and she had her eyes closed but doing the hand motions. SO funny!

She is telling me some funny joke about her bottom....

Saying goodbye to a good man

Carl and Chad fall of 2007
On March 17th, we said good bye way to early to Chad's cousin Carl. I have lot of fun memories hanging out with him and I know Chad has 100x more. We spent a couple days in Warner Robins, GA to celebrate Carl Wells life and spent time with family.

The girls loved that we stayed in a hotel with an indoor pool
Harper loved the water
Olivia and Grace with their cousin Anthony
The best part of the weekend was meeting my new nephew Brayden.
Brayden and Harper are 6 weeks apart in age but the same size.

Brothers and their babies.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day

Love all the cute stuff Grace's class does.

Earning Marbles

The girls have marble jars. They earn marbles in their jars for obeying the first time or helping around the house without being asked. When their marble jars are full they get to have a date night. They chose who they want to go with and what they want to do. Grace has had two full jars...the first was a trip to the yogurt shop and to buy new shoes and the second was her first pedi and mexican dinner. Olivia has filled up once...she wanted donuts with daddy. He then took her to Walmart and bought her little prize toys.
She was so cute getting her toes done. She picked purple paint and then they put a flower on the big toe. I am looking forward to many more dates like this.
